She founded Action Fundamentals LLC and its subsidiary, FamilyFun-damentals.com and has trained 1000’s of people on numerous topics including employee engagement, handling stress, emotional intelligence, Balanced Scorecard, Open Book Management, sales and customer service. As an Associate Producer of Three Feet from Gold (a movie commissioned by the Napoleon Hill Foundation as a follow up to the classic book Think and Grow Rich), she left her career in Human Resources to assist companies, organizations and families in developing future leaders with a foundation of the noble qualities and values of life.
As a former VP of Human Resources for a $100 million subsidiary of a $1 billion publicly held company, she understands what it takes to be an exceptional leader.
